• Wire the broker client with OpenBroker's Spring Boot starter (fd0b6701)

  The starter now provides the broker drivers, the SSL bundle TLS, the call options and the Micrometer and OpenTelemetry observers. Rahdar adds the live broker timeouts, no context propagation onto the SDK's threads, and its link recording.

  Broker messaging metrics now come from Micrometer, tagged with the cluster id, and no trace context is ever written into a message (openbroker.tracing.inject-context is false). Connections are never derived from spring.kafka or spring.artemis settings.
